If it were me and I was replacing it, I’d use a large crescent wrench in the left side and a large flat head screwdriver on the right side.

  2. Loose bearing BB, it’s a specific fix cup that most 70’s english roadys used.

[this park tool](https://www.pushys.com.au/park-tool-hcw-11-adjustable-cup-wrench.html?gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIouqlzpToggMVtxB7Bx3_jgmzEAQYASABEgJnzfD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds), see that almost closed rectangle on one end, that’s the tool made for that fix cup shown on the second photo.

You can try just tapping it with a punch and hammer to screw it off, there’s also some DIY tricks. But I had a tight one once and went to several bike shops to find a mech with the specific tool.

Not sure how to do the other side sorry.

It may be simpler to just overhaul rather than replace. Are there lockings on either side?
