Is it normal to have that kind of gap just by pushing it with the hand? 1 of the rotors goes all the way in.. This one on the picture has a little gap as you can see.

The torque spec is 40nm for the lock ring. It will pull together.
Don’t put that disc on until you build the wheel…. You will struggle to remove it.
Get that wheel built before even worrying about the rotor
