Strength training begins. I’m an average age grouper triathlete and this year I want to get strong and fix a few issues to enable me to swim bike and run the best I can. I have a few issues with feet like over pronation, weak hip flexors and others.
I’m trying to make a dent with the rehab and prehab before my Physio appointment. Here in the UK NHS wait times can be super long.
Looking at Running gait, and core strength are my key focus points.

Keep in mind that when you start strength training, there's a good bit of water retention, so you will be heavier. Don't take too much notice of the scales.
