I’m working on a nishiki Olympic from 74-75 and I’m putting a Shimano sora rd-3500 and need a hanger to mount it any help finding one or suggestions would be appreciated.

There’s a derailleur hanger adapter for frames like this. It’s called the derailleur hanger claw.
FYI the hanger suggested is correct, however they are really designed for use with a solid axle hub. The quick release axle you have won’t reach through the dropout far enough to secure the gear hanger. Furthermore the quick release you have is very lightweight, I suspect it won’t do well securing a wheel in your horizontal dropout, they’re really meant for vertical dropouts..
