After 20,000 miles over 5 years on my ultimate cf slx 8.0 the front derailleur came out and the rivets left holes too big for a carbon repair. The warranty didn’t cover wear and tear, so the solution has been a wide 42T single chainring at the front. And now I can a bike again! So glad!!

In what world are “permanently” bonded rivets popping out of the frame wear and tear? I know dudes that do that kind of miles/kms in a year or 2.
