Sounds like your brake rotor touches to the brake pads every turn. Try to slow down the turning speed and stop the wheel when you hear the sound. And then check the clearance between the pads and the rotor. If it touches to each other You should try to even the rotor or set the caliper so that the rotor can’t touch the pads.

The brake pads rubbing.
It’s not majorly slowing the wheel, so you can just ignore it if you want.
To stop it, you’d loosen the two bolts holding the brake caliper to the fork, move it slightly left/right till the rubbing is gone, then tighten the bolts. You have to tighten them each a little at a time, alternative bolts, or else the bolt is likely to twist the caliper as it tightens.

Rotor is rubbing on your pad.
Either your rotor is bent, or your caliper is miss-aligned.
You can check the alignment by loosening off the caliper bolts just enough that the caliper can move freely, then grab your front brake, hold it and re-tighten the bolts
