Trying to diagnose this noise. 2018 Cannondale Habit 4. Recently replaced the chain with the SRAM 12speed. Doesn’t seem to be cable tension/b screw related? Posting quick link pic in the comment.
Why the crunchy/clicky noise?

Those flat top chains need specific parts – so effectively using one of them would do the same and it will noise at certain points.
