  1. Hi Tom. Great video! Quick question – is it safe to perform this exercise using a smith machine whilst getting used to the technique, or would you advise just doing free standing body weighted reps with a bench? Thanks

  2. Thanks for sharing. As a cyclist I think I should ditch the traditional barbell squat and start doing these. Impressed that you were doing 80kg single leg squats 😬
