I found this frame abandoned, the parts attached were in bad shape but I fixed it up a bit and gave it a ride and fell in love. Recently stripped the parts to replace but thought I’d see if I could get it identified. I don’t think it’s a genuine Harry Quinn. I tried looking up the serial number- closest I could find was a Miki of Japan. Looks like it was metallic red before re-sprayed blue. The forks have “Tange 3g-made in Japan”
Serial number is : M3H74044
Paint was scraped off around the serial number so I’d assume somebody had tried to identify it prior
Any ideas would be appreciated!

According to classicrendezvous it should be indeed a japanese frame from the 80ies…
Whatever it is, it’s a cheap 70’s frame. Stamped dropouts and cheap straight-cut lugs. How much does the bare frame and bare fork weigh?
