Tejay is 100% correct, and Phil is dreaming, or maybe hoping? Even with 6 or more TTs Remco is still not going to better Jonas, let alone Tadej on GC, plus there's also Paul Seixas – sure Remco has improved his climbing but he still unexpectedly goes to sleep on some climbs, the occasional good climbing day is not going to be enough for Remco, he's way too inconsistent on the bigger climbs. Methinks that Tadej is going to come back with a vengeance and even more determined in the TDF, no more chaperoning any team mates, I think his attacks will become even more ruthless – as for being less confident and more cautious, not a bloody chance Phil, Tadej is a different beast.

Marion Rousse was in on the same TDF meeting with Christian Prudhomme as they’re trying to Pogi and Demi proof both TDF races. But Tejay is correct to say Tadej will win anyway. I think Demi as well. FDJ’s ‘27 squad is very very strong!!

I think Tadej will be thrilled with the rise of Seixas. He will love having someone to race against. In '25, as we saw, he got bored because Jonas didn't want to race, he just wanted to suck Tadej's wheel and get towed to the line with the small hope of nipping him at the end. 2027 looks like it may be a great race… fingers crossed!
Hasn't been close are you kidding? Pogacar has been beat by Vingegaard recently on stages in Tour and always is with him at end. That's not close lol?? All it takes is missing hydration a bit or food or something and Pogacar be dropped. Seixas is beating Pogacar top times that Pogacar will soon not beat and Seixas will only get stronger he's just a kid and barely turned 20 lol he will probably beat Pogacar next year perhaps several times. Pogacar can use the crash as his excuse forever now if he becomes weaker or lazy in training and races…..if Pogacar wants a break, it's the crash, if he wants to train less and get dropped, it's the crash, it will always be the crash now which is fine it may affect him enough to slow him to a 2nd place or 3rd in Tour and other races who knows. I think he will use it to be lazy and race at his own pace and not win as much lol. Reality though, Pogacar will not slow down and continue maybe stronger next year 💪
