I would ride it mostly on road but there is a lot of up and downs on routes, somewhere even 20% of slopes. Is there any better bike for that price in European market?

I’d say that bike would be good for your sort of cycling. I’ve always found that ‘Cube’ bikes tend to be good value for money and I’ve previously owned one myself.
