i am not a bike guy here but that first one have nothing to do With that jacket one the rail – the first guy hit something on the ground and the nr.3 guy is getting a chok reagtion and makes a litlle jump into the jacket ( muscle chok off somebody going down in front of you ) so i don't see that is is the jacket that started it ? but i can be wrong but i see it at 0.25 % speed
