Hello, I just had my first crash yesterday during a race. Thankfully I am ok, but the bike got the worst of it. I have finished the remaining 100 km on the bike but as this is my first time crashing carbon frame I am unsure of the extent of the damage, and how I should proceed now (contact canyon or lbs).
Anyone has any experience with this, especially canyon bike? Any information would be helpful, thanks. I had the bike for less than 1,5 year.

I would not use frame as it is now. The damage is in a critical part of it. The good news is that it probably can be repaired by someone who does carbon repairs.
100% take it to a bike shop who does carbon repair because that is not safe to ride.
Also email canyon about crash replacement.
Go with whatever you prefer, repair or exchange
Definitely use the axle lever next time. Would make a big difference in this kind of damage

Würde das Crash Replacement von Canyon in Anspruch nehmen! Ist zwar nicht umsonst, aber mit dem Rahmen würde ich nicht mehr fahren! Und lasse unbedingt die Laufräder checken! Sind wahrscheinlich auch aus Carbin.
