Does anyone have recommendations for what to use on the mounting points on the underside of the top tube? Doesn’t appear to be anything proprietary to Merida.

Footlong in a cage, or a confused top tube bag.
Srs: short pump that comes with its own 2-hole mounting bracket.
Something from fidlock would work, could get their tool box and use it there instead of a saddle bag.
