Loved this ride and nice to remind myself that it’s okay and important to do shorter steady rides!

  1. Ahh, don't worry about your hair Amy. We like you just the way you are. Plus most of us are cyclists here & we're used to seeing each other a bit disheveled — it's like a badge of honor.

  2. She's a vibe Amy and please keep her as your friend, at least you get someone to ride with every day (Girls only ride). Remember your friend is our friend.

  3. That looked like a nice ride Amy. By the way, I had my first chai latte today. Its going to be a nice drink on a cold autumn/winter ride. 😊

  4. Miss Amy, Afternoon. Thank you for the post. Ellie seems like a nice person, and a good riding partner. You both should for a girls riding club and add Becky

  5. Ayup Amy 🙂 I hope the 200km ride went well. I did my very first 200km Audax yesterday, and was amazed I got round in time! I was most encouraged by three cyclists from down your way, one lady told me about the 24hr time trial she did when you did yours. I'm staggered at how fit all you long distance cyclists are!

  6. Enjoyed watching your latest video with your new friend. I agree that short rides can be just as good as long ones if you have good company and/or an interesting route.

  7. Thanks I'm not English but I am a huge fan of James Shaw ( been following his career since he didn't get his contract with the Belgian Team Lotto-Soudal renewed ) and he rode with Ed Laverick with Swift Carbon team ( after the collapse of JLT Condor) got to see the other side that James has a normal life apart from cycling Pro Thanks for posting You learn something every day in life

  8. Hi Amy, you might remember commenting on my post a few days ago, when I did a 21 mile ride which nearly killed me. Well I've since done a 30 mile ride, which also nearly killed me. Today I'm out on my bike and hope to do a bit further, with a view to completing my first 100km Gran Fondle sometime this month, which will no doubt nearly kill me. Thanks for your inspirational channel.

  9. I wouldn't worry about yer 'helmet hair' – we all look sweaty and grim after a ride. Personally I cant wait to get that bucket off my noggin asap

  10. Hi Amy i was just talking to a work colleague Ethan and he tells me you are an Ambassador for Aimia foods which is where I work so hopefully you are getting plenty of Chai Latte samples from him 😁🚴‍♂️👍
