That’s pretty bad for an aluminum bike.
I don’t think you can cold-work aluminum……
It’s ruined. Aluminum doesn’t like to bend and be bent back.

Its le fucked. If you can return it, do it.
Against literally all your advice, (and because the seller isn’t responding back lol fml) I’m gonna try and salvage it. If there’s any advice on my journey that’d be appreciated.

Man I had a frame with this bend, not as bad as yours, I rode it for about 400km, the rear wheel made some interesting noise.
