I'm no motorway safety expert but if only one of the lanes is free from crashed vehicles, shouldn't you only have one lane open on the gantries?

At 2:06. So you think the road belongs to you, you can happily pull out into a lane that you can see is closed ahead, and then drive under the closed lane signs? No idea how you have got the balls to put this up on youtube.
Perhaps if the first driver drove around instead of over, the motorcyclist wouldn’t have taken chance
