For reference ive put a photo of my bike, its a Radon Swoop 9.0 AL 2021
Basically a couple of weeks ago that bushing(if thats how its called) fell, fortunately i noticed it right away and the next day i did some maintenance cleaning the bushings( and put some thredlocker).
I didnt torque it at X number of nm because it isnt wrote anywhere on the bike. I still cant find anything about my frame, even on the radon website there isnt the manual of my frame and even looking at some similar Radon frame of those years i couldnt find anything about the right amount of nm.
Even when riding on asphalt in about 3-5km this bushing keep coming loose.
P.S: im sorry if i didnt use all the correct terms but English is not my first language and thanks for helping me out!

It shouldnt come lopse if you are using the correct threadlocker. What type are you using?
Looks like the thread on your bolt is stripped. Maybe try a new bolt, and if that strips then there’s something wrong with your mating thread. Bolts have a standard torque rating you can look up, there’s a table that will show you the recommended torque by size
Yeah in image 3 it does looks suspiciously like the threads may be stripped towards the end of the linkage bolt. I actually thought the bolt looked bent to the right on first glance. As another commenter said, replace this bolt and see how it goes, I’d also 100% send an email to radon (you’ll have to anyway to get a replacement linkage bolt I suspect) asking what the exact nm for that linkage bolt should be and also what type of thread locker they use.
I also refuse to believe a manual doesn’t exist for this bike, again ask Radon for this in your email. It may be called ‘blue paper’ not ‘manual’. I’d give chat GPT your full bike model and ask it to do an in depth hunt for the blue paper of your bike.

Im pretty sure the bearing is shot. That could cause the bolt in the pivot axle to come loose.
Check if the bearing still spins freely. Replace if nessesary.
Tighten the bolt with at least 10nm and use medium strength threadlocker.
Looks like you’re missing a cap/ seal.
It’s coming loose because you didn’t torque it tightly enough, for that sort of thread I’d expect it to be something like 15Nm and to use the blue threadlock 243 on the female threads.
Remove as much of of the dried threadlock as you can and then re-torque it to spec – your manual says 12Nm.
