Local shop was doing a promotion if you buy an aluminum fatbike you get a $200 gift card so I picked this up and used the gift card for a 180mm OneUp V2 dropper. Swapped the stem because it was just sitting in my parts bin

A good dropper makes a big difference. Now you need a Wolftooth dropper lever to match that stem
