The shifter should state this somewhere on the shifter body or the blade. Other way is to count cogs on the cassettes (this will give you a good starting point, because there are 2 10x ultegra groups and only one, yours, has the cables routed under the bartape).
PS consider to change the front tire, looks worn or is it chalk?
