This channel is a record of my explorations, both local and further afield. I’ll be playing the piano as I go! In my twenties I travelled a great deal, clocking up over 50 countries in Western and Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa. My favourites so far have been the Philippines, Moldova, Pakistan and Lithuania, but I can enjoy myself practically anywhere. If I’m interested in something or somewhere, it takes a lot to stop me from going there. Now that I’m in my 50s and the children are just about grown up, my opportunity to travel has returned with a vengeance!

In making videos for this channel I hope to share my excitement about this wonderful world – cultures, people, landscapes, food, museums, history, architecture, different ways of life. There’s so much that nobody can do all of it. Just as the videos of other people have inspired me, I hope my journeys will inspire you, whether you can actually travel the world yourself or just get a taste of it via my videos.
