Looking for a bike to ride around my neighborhood with friends and maybe go on some small hills. I am not a very experienced biker, so I don’t need anything special. I am 5’2. Is this a good deal for this bike? Seller said they would not go any lower.

It feels high to me https://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/bik/d/pair-of-trek-72-fx-hybrid-bikes/7690028133.html. Just one example on CL that are cheaper. It might help to know the year but even one of those on CL that you have to put $100 into for tires chain and other consumables is still gonna be cheaper than that.
I guess, as long as it’s blue tooth compatible.
