I am having a different issue with their app on Android 16, it doesn’t let me add my ID document and proceed to create an account. Quite annoying.

Have you checked for a replacement app in case that one’s been retired?

The app was always pretty terrible. Probably made it as cheap as possible with an external dev, and so it’s very unlikely anyone at Brompton (or that they could hire now) understands it enough to update it for new Android.
If you’ve got an old Android around you could use this just for hiring Bromptons? I’ve traded in my last couple of phones, and now regret for things like this.

I eventually managed to sideload the app from an APK I found online. Apart from the app being horrible I wasn’t able to register an account because my Norwegian phone number wasn’t formatted correctly for some reason.
