Click sounds from the front

The reverb here is just a weird phone feature fyi.
However there’s quite loud non-rhythmic clicks coming from my bike. They come and go and I haven’t been able to track their source. Any ideas?
I feel very slight vibrations in the steer when these appear. Apart from that, there’s no change in the feel of the ride.
