Had one in 2007-2009 that was destroyed when I got hit by a Comcast van while working as a messenger. Loved that bike. $400 is def worth it.

In 2023 I bought a full build of a 58cm EAI Bare Knuckle with a Miche Pistard wheelset and Sugino 75s for ~$800. Prices have changed in the last few years, but that might give you something to go off.

They do run a little big so that size should work for you. I’ve got a bareknuckle and the sister frame Godzilla, love them both. Super fun, fast, stiff frames that are still comfy enough to ride around town. I think that price is fair/good enough deal to take, enjoy!

I’ve seen them cheaper complete, ask them to build it up complete with part bins stuff for that price.
