I just started watching, and I am so jealous. looks so nice after a rain. Today was a big day for me, I called Rivendell one more time to find out how to ask to modify the Clem Smith Jr. that I was about to order and Grant answered again.. so cool he was positive and said that they could add the bar end shifters but it would require taking everything out of the box, putting it together on the rack and changing out cables. At first it sounded fine. I ordered my Clem! yes! then called and talked to someone in the shop who said.. " you know the thumb shifters fit perfectly on that bar and I would have had to pay to have the bike built up then extra for the new shifters and I would keep the thumbies. and then they would take it apart and box it up to ship to me. . so I changed my mind.. he said.. no problem, I have you order up right here, I'll take the thumb shifters off and credit your card. 🙂 They are so nice.. 2 weeks to a month and they will be shipping my bike to me. Thanks again for your videos. I'm going to watch the entiriety of this ride. love it!
