Very helpful, thanks
Great video Will! Sensible, practical advice without patronising us older folk! Thank you!
Thank you Will. I damaged my back (compression fractures of T8 and T11) seven weeks ago and saw a physio last week. She started me with the first two exercises: your video showed these very clearly so I’m sure that when I see her next week I shall have benefited more then if I had not seen this video. Thank you again😊.
Can you do a part 2 of this?
Thank You 👍🏾✌🏽
This is great! I followed along and hope this can restore my strength 😊
I was looking for your thumbnail 'orange abs' polo in your merchandising…!
There are times I wish I was close to Farnham instead of out here in Spain.
Thanks for all your interesting videos Will, that too free info provided to one and all ❤
Well I'm from India. Love watching every video you put forward 💖. Thanks once again

Great routine 🙌many thanks Will 🙏🏻
I'm not certain I am getting my back flat. I cannot get my hand under my back. I'm 88 yo and sometimes wonder if I have any core remaining.
How do you know if you are doing Russian Twists right? Sorry kind of not what you are doing. I do them daily. And to get your upper mid section stronger what sit up would you suggest? Please and thank you. ❤
Could we do these exercises if we have herniated disc ar L4/5 by flattening the back or keeping a more neutral spine? ( not coming up exercise of though)
Thank you, you explain what not to do while doing the exercise at the same time.
How many reps and sets
Brilliant demonstration and explanation. I'd recommend if anyone wants to improve core strength further look up post c section and post natal core strengthening.
Marching engaging transverse then toe taps/ ankle taps, dead bugs, bridges, bridges with one leg, side planks modified, thread the needle side plank.
When you have a belly its a little hard to feel it.
Dear Will
Your videos are the best and so well demonstrated. I live in Ruislip but would like to follow a regular almost daily good 1-1.30 hour workout. You are based in Farnham so how do I go about following a daily set of routines to cover whole body.
I am 78. Have a heart issue (worsening heart failure). Is it possible to discuss via zoom or a video call first?
I am following and doing exercises as appropriate for me. Your explanations are superb. It brings it all together and makes it more enjoyable being educated. Thank you. 🩵🩵🩵

Hello Mr. Harlow. I am a 56 year old man who needed to start exercising. I am to self conscious to go to a gym so I bought some resistant band and looked up YouTube videos. When I saw your over 50s training I checked out a few videos and subscribed. I'm just starting so I am glad everything start at a beginning level. Thank you for starting the channel.
Great video Will – for me, little and often movement is better than a two hour workout – thank you 🎉🎉🎉
Well don! Love how you referred to the abs as tummy.
