I’ve paid less or same amount of money for similar bikes (3700 2010 150 usd or Gary Fisher Marlin 2009 also 150 usd) in better condition, in Uruguay.
Fork looks done with its job, probably new drivetrain, hosing cables tires.
60-80 usd sounds fair enough if you’re interested in bringing it back to life by yourself and have the tools
