Hi I just bought an Elite Novo Smart Turbo Trainer. I have a trek domane 3 bike.
I can’t seem to get the back wheel to fit on, it’s like the axel going through is too wide. I don’t know if I just need to force the clasp close or change out the axel.

You need to use the axle supplied with the trainer. It looks like you will have to buy the through axle conversion kit.
