My derailleur broke after taking a hit which bent it inward so far it got caught on a spoke and sent it into the frame where the damage is seen here.
LBS replaced the derailleur and said I got lucky there wasn’t more damage upon initial inspection. I’m inclined to trust the shop as this is what they do. Though, since you can see past the paint in the spot pictured, I’m a bit nervous about it giving out on me and just wanted to get a few extra opinions.

Carbon bikes are way more durable than you may think. The dropout is solid. That damage is just paint.
They also have way more filler on them than people think. Unless you see end of broken fibers, it’s fine.
I mean, what are you going to do about it? If the shop says it is OK, the. why would you ask strangers on the internet? Looks good from my toilet
Does look like it did do some damage but doesn’t look structural. Would probably put some clear nail polish on it just to protect it. Clean the area with isopropyl alcohol carefully (quick wipe down don’t drench it) do not pull on any loose paint or fibers. Just put a couple layers of clear nail polish on, making sure it won’t interfere with the hangar mount. Ride it and forget about it. Shit happens. As long as the shop guys are familiar with mountain bikes and don’t hate you for some reason there’s no way they would tell you it’s safe to ride if they had any doubt that it wasn’t. You did the right thing getting their opinion though.
The lower scratches are nothing. The protruding upper bit in the 2nd pic is throwing me for a loop, what’s it supposed to look like?

If theres a gap between the derailleur hanger and the frame it looks like the hanger rotated foward past the stop?
