This is probably the 5th bar I’ve used on this bike and instantly my favorite. It’s amazing how a cockpit change can basically mean you have a new bike. Now I’m riding high and wide. Never been so comfortable on this bike. 10/10. I decided to try something new by mounting shifters in the center. The intention here is to make it less convenient to shift all the time which keeps me in a cruising mentality. No regrets there at all. Forces me to just stand up instead of downshifting. Bonus is I didn’t have to change my cables, just had to cut them. These bars would’ve required a longer cable run.

  1. What quill stem is that? I was looking for a tall stack nitto one awhile back and couldn’t find anything that tall.

Curved steel fork and high stem. Thank you.

Edit- not to mention bars higher than saddle. Us tall guys can only dream.

This bike rules, I remember someone here asked Doom to custom make a set of mothbars because they’re always out of stock. I love the shifter setup also

Nice bike. Ditto on that shifter mount. Got 1 with stem mount and 4 with downtube mount. Sure does keep you pedaling harder. Love those bars and did use and still would use them but a bad shoulder injury keeps me positioned with hands only 20″ apart.

Nice! I might have to try some wider bars and higher stack in the cockpit. I’m feeling to stretched and low and it’s no bueno.
