Hi, I got my first Gryzl 8, I am trying to add mudguards but one screw hole seems smaller that the others. It is the second screw now that got stuck and won’t go in only like half way. I installed 2 other screws with no problem. Did anyone else notice something similar? What could be the workaround ? Should I contact customer support? Thank you!

I would just run a tap through the hole
I had the same mudguard on mine and the first time you screw them in they are realy tough because of the threadlock. PS you only use a small screw and a small plastic spacer in this area.
Tapping is an option. Go to a bike shop and they will tapp the hole again.
But before that try putting the screw in without the fender to see if fender is obstructing it.
