Another outstanding motorcycle show with an outstanding turn out. The East Anglian Copdock Bike Show was first held in 1992. The show started as a way for the Copdock Classic Motorcycle Club to display their classic bikes to the public and has since grown into the UK’s largest one day bike show with attractions for the whole family and supported by thousands of enthusiasts. It is organised and run by volunteers and done so better than most professional organisers.

So in 33 years the show has gone from a local bike club showing a few classic and custom bikes to a huge family event with traders, dealers, organisations, clubs, displays, rides, fantastic shopping and of course great food.

  1. Nice to see an AJS Model 8 there, for obvious reasons😉 Looked like an excellent show and you did a great job of filming it. Loved your commentary too, you really put across how much you were enjoying the occasion. The NUT would be a Newcastle-upon-Tyne motorcycle, probably from the 1920s.

  2. I did spot the rozzers with their average thought camera! 😁😁Lovely to see so many old bikes 👍👍. Those Evil Knievel guys were startling! Imagine starting out and practising to do those tricks.

  3. I did want to check the BSA Bantam. But was told I was as high the RE Guerrilla. So that rules that out for me.
Not got much choice, being a short arse.😂

  4. Gosh, what a massive event that is, I'm surprised it only runs for one day. Thanks for showing us around 😊 I bet Diddy Dave was in his element, he really would have been spoiled for choice 😮😊

  5. An amazing place, don't think I've ever seen as many bikes parked up in my life. How do you remember were yours is amongst all that lot. Bike of the day, well that's impossible to say, so many.

  6. Rozzers about on your test ride mate. I was actually waiting for the the bike stunt announcer to say, 'and here we have TAYM on his Classic 500 doing a mid air triple flip!' lol. Great video 🙂

  7. Thanks for the Vid, Mr Taym. Its the second year in a row I've felt ill and not been able to make it to the show. The Universe has it out for me, I swear 😉

  8. Wow what a great show-as you said memories – I saw many memories for me just on your walk around- unreal experience the size and scope of the place Thanks for the take along
    Regards from Florida 🦩🦩🦩🦩

  9. Great video TAYM – wow so much to look at and so much temptation, I wish I could have one of each please, and a massive garage to put them all in! It’s so hard to choose just one bike…Two Wheeled Willie would never make his mind up!

  10. Great video thank you, so well put together and great for anyone unable to be there, l also enjoy having a sip of gin every time I hear marvellous, just about make it to the end 😂 Keep up the great work much appreciated 💕

  11. Thanks for the tour TAYM catching up on a few videos now interestingly enough I were talking to a mate the other day while we were on holiday & he mentioned this show so hoping to make it next year.

  12. Lots of dream material there, Taym! I've always had a soft spot for Francis-Barnett, though I've never owned one. My mate's dad was their transport manager and my school was on their test route, so I saw quite a lot of them, back in the late 50's. 👍 Just seeing that date in print makes me suddenly feel old! 😁
