I’ve always enjoyed cycling in The Peak District but this ride hit different. Challenging with all the climbing on this 119 mile route. Taking on Winnats Pass, Mam Nick, Pindale, Larkstoke Lane. Part of my training towards my mega endurance challenge of 24 hours on Hardknott Pass.

  1. Not climbed Pindale for a couple of years but I remember the poor gravelly surface at the top for a couple of kms being almost as knackering as the climb itself!
