And it come with mavic ksyrium elite , which are super good (i have an aluminium frame with those wheels, they are super good with good tire)
Maybe add what exactly your inseam measurement is, then people can help you better

It’s 20+ years old so check the condition: braking surface, freehub, seatpost still able to move, BB etc.

Pretty old for that sort of money. Depends what sort of riding you’re trying to get into. Sizing should be fine I think but if you’re not looking for a racey geometry you’ll be disappointed.
