  1. Looks like you’re pulling back and then thrusting forward. What you need to do is pull back, jump upward, and then allow the bike to level out in front of you. You can’t force the front end down in order to get the rear wheel up, you need to jump off the rear wheel once you’ve got the front end off the ground

throw your weight back more to get that front wheel up, and once your up you want to “scoop” that rear wheel underneath you with your pedals for the most part. Otherwise you have the formula, just keep hopping 🙂

You’ve got it. Now it’s just lots of practice.

Would advise setting up a “bar” to hop over, kinda like what they have in pole vaulting (only a bit lower) and then practicing hopping it and raise it up a bit at a time.

You have the right technique. Try getting the front wheel higher before you “jump” the back wheel up. This will invariably result in you looping out, but don’t worry, that’s all part of the process (1st couple of times you’ll probably land on your arse/back of head so I would advise a helmet)

eventually you’ll learn how far you can push it, and when you loop out you’ll just step off the back
