Would anyone in NSW be interested in informal open-invite bikepacking trips?

I’ve always liked the idea of bikepacking trips, but finding mates who actually want to come along isn’t easy.

I’ve made a small Facebook page called Bikepacking Mates NSW. The idea is very informal: I’m riding somewhere on a certain date, I post the route, and anyone interested can come along for all or part of it.

It’s not guided or organised—everyone is responsible for themselves; it’s just a way to find some company along the way.

It’s completely new and there’s basically nothing there yet, but I thought others around NSW might be looking for the same thing.
