NJS head set-nitto stem-old schwinn handle bars-shimano brake levers and calipers-recycled wheels from a Fuji feathers,with Fuji branded hubs-no name crank and chain ring-mks pedals
And no name seatpost and saddle.

You should raise the stem.
The goal should be more stem rise than seatpost.
