Viral footage shows cyclists and e-bike riders streaming through a London zebra crossing as pedestrians struggle to get across.
Alex Phillips and New Culture Forum fellow Emma Trimble say the scenes reflect a wider collapse in courtesy, public order and social trust. Phillips argues that Britain has “imported” bad manners, while Trimble says newcomers should acclimatise to British rules instead of expecting the country to accept the lowest common denominator.
They also attack the Home Office’s controversial guidance for asylum seekers, with Trimble calling for immediate deportation of anyone who needs its basic rules explained. Later, they discuss Harry and Meghan’s return to Britain, Meghan’s reported talks for The Gentlemen and whether the Sussexes could attempt to establish a rival royal court.

If you are a pedestrian in London then carry a walking stick. Announce yourself at the kerbside of a zebra crossing by raising the stick and stick it out before you walk.
Trouble with that is maybe the police would arrest you for carrying an offensive weapon.
