Will such wear on the left arm cause any problem? I think this “ring” is tuching with BB bearings and theres no movemenr beetween them so there should not be any wear. Will this crank work or can i use some kind of shim or is it toast?

This looks like extremely light goring from the bearings as you’ve identified, probably due to minor misalignment of your BB. This is only affecting the surface. Ride on.
