    Sram/Rockshox has excellent documentation for their products.

    You can go to the Sram service hub and look up the specific shock, or just Google the name of the shock ( or fork, brakes, derailleur) followed by *service manual*

    You’ll be able to download a PDF for the generation of your shock, with exploded views of internals as well as part numbers for rebuild kits for the various models of that shock.

    There will be several different options, one for regular service, another for more in depth service, and so on, a user manual with basic setup instructions, etc…

    And yeah it’s a seal.
