I purchased this bike from a thrift store. I noticed that it had Campagnolo Nuevo record derailleurs and a shimano dura ace crankset, and suntour bar end shifters. The headset is Campagnolo with a cinelli handlebars and neck. I found some serial numbers and markings on the frame as well. any ideas would be great.

Real mash up of European & Japanese parts. Possibly a Raleigh frame.

Have you looked at the bottom bracket to see if its Italian?

Those numbers stamped on the dropout are probably a good clue for someone.
Most forks have either more chrome, or no chrome.
