Solo travel across Switzerland in search of hidden gems – The Swiss Outdoor Diaries with Sylvia.
After years of chasing a goal, I was given what genuinely felt like the dream opportunity to travel across Switzerland completely solo, searching for hidden gems while hiking, bikepacking and filming everything myself.
Over the next 10 days I cycled over mountain passes, hiked long days, got lost more times than I’d like to admit, nearly got caught in alpine storms, got electrocuted by a fence (gently) and somehow stumbled across places that completely changed the way I think about success, happiness and travel.
This definitely isn’t a guide to Switzerland’s most famous attractions. However, it could be a guide on how you can also find yourself through mindful travel.
