If you like tinkering, get the appropriate shorter bolts and remove the internal travel spacer in the shock. Takes about 5 minutes and the majority of that time is spent removing the shock from the bike and bolting it back on. Bonus points if you throw in an air volume spacer – what you’ll end up with is the exact same first 150mm of travel, but then a little extra cush for if you have a goof moment and need something more.
