  1. Nothing. That looks like it’s in awful shape. Weird drop bar conversion. The components are near worthless. I get there’s people here with emotional attachment to the original Pugsley but they rode terrible and this will be a money pit trying to fix.

    Realistically? I’d give someone $50 for it. That frame might be salvageable, but even then, it’s QR which is definitely getting less common, especially with fat bikes.

    Like maybe $150 tops, it has the older offset fork not the moonlander fork. Tires are decent if they’re not dry rotted, new fat tires can cost like $200 these days. Everything if it works should be good to keep working, and rust can be put back and managed if you know what you’re doing.

  4. $250 even $200 is insane literally insane. I’ve sold excellent fat bikes for $580CAD that were like brand new with upgrade parts because it’s a tough market at times. That’s a free bike. Do not pay $0.50 for it.
