Nothing. That looks like it’s in awful shape. Weird drop bar conversion. The components are near worthless. I get there’s people here with emotional attachment to the original Pugsley but they rode terrible and this will be a money pit trying to fix.

I’m this is a freebie IMO. I would only take this for a complete repaint/rebuild.

I would not buy that bike for any amount of money.

Realistically? I’d give someone $50 for it. That frame might be salvageable, but even then, it’s QR which is definitely getting less common, especially with fat bikes.

The biggest expense is gonna be the fork. I’d give like $150-200

Like maybe $150 tops, it has the older offset fork not the moonlander fork. Tires are decent if they’re not dry rotted, new fat tires can cost like $200 these days. Everything if it works should be good to keep working, and rust can be put back and managed if you know what you’re doing.

I hate Surly horizontal rear dropouts.

$250 even $200 is insane literally insane. I’ve sold excellent fat bikes for $580CAD that were like brand new with upgrade parts because it’s a tough market at times. That’s a free bike. Do not pay $0.50 for it.

$100 is generous.
