  2. Best of luck with the new chapter! Turning the passion into a proper business is the ultimate dream for anyone who loves working on bikes. Cheering you on!

  3. Congratulations all the way from Tennessee! The shop looks great and I hope you get so much business that you don’t have time to watch the TV!

  4. Excited for you! I kinda guessed from the open endedness from your last video it was heading this direction. Good on you, Bike Shed Fam. Not that my words mean much, but I see the busiest shops in my area, theres only a few busy shops, are the ones that are focused on keeping the bikes running that are already out in the world. Not the shops that try to sell you the latest gear and high end gadgets, just honest and fast work and accessories that really are useful to real people that simply want to ride a bike for the sake of riding a bike. Hope that this venture bodes well for you.

  5. All the very best mate. πŸŽ‰ Sometimes you just have to go for it. My great grandad had a bike shop in Beverley in the early 1900s. I would have liked to have set up a shop myself, but my area doesn't have enough people to make it viable .
One word of advice though , a cycle shop in a near by town only lasted a couple of years because he wouldn't work on cheap bikes or kiddies bikes. And he wouldn't stock cheaper parts. Keep at it. All the best from the Vale of York.
