  1. Lorena Wiebes looks untouchable right now! 💨 But what do you make of the situation at UAE? Is Paula Blasi being unfairly held back, or is the team right to prioritise their long-term leaders? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below! 👇

  2. Clickbait. Wout van Aert is the the title of the video, but Dan covers women's cycling for 10 minutes to try to hype it up before moving onto Wout. If you want to cover women's cycling, that is fine. But don't bait and switch us to do it.

  3. Very interesting news particularly about Blassi. Do you think the next thing will be teams loaning riders they don’t want to other teams like in football???

  4. Watching the end of the race, it was frustrating me that the rest of field seemed to keep making decisions that would make it easier for Wiebes to win. Everyone knows her strengths, so why set up a finale that plays to her strengths?

  5. The Jakobson move surprises me. Is VLB moving towards competing in the sprints? How does Jakobson help JV? If he isn’t there to help JV, is JLB planning for a future without JV?

With how powerful UAE has been and appears to continue to be, VLB does not look like a team preparing to compete against them in the GC.

    Just an interesting move.

  6. It seems silly wrt rider selection, but I think the same thing can happen in the "normal" world as well. I say it's silly because people switching between employers is a natural thing. But then fear of losing money can bring out the worse in people, sadly.

  7. Love GCN, the banter the epic rides and cinematography etc, and wanted to support the show by purchasing a tshirt, but couldn't justify the shipping to Oz which would've ended up being an $80 tshirt. Sorry guys but will continue to support by just watching, and lol at cuts to Ollie slipping over and all the other bloopers. Love it! 😂

  8. 11:07 I have to ask. Why do you need the GCN-logo on every merch? At least for me this is why I don't buy them. In comparison, I buy a lot (for hundreds of euros the past years) from the Linus Tech Tips (LMG) channel (I'm a techy nerdy cyclist) just because they don't have their logo on everything. This is actually a conscious choice from their part. I love a lot of your designs, including the prints, but then the GCN-logo destroys it, at least for me, and I end up don't buying.

  9. I find it funny how different riders from different teams keep moving around. If world top-10 best riders made a team, (nmbr 2-10 that is), Pogatcha wud still be able to beat em in almost every race! Its crazy how one sided it is, in his favor right now

  10. Ok, is he — well, he's going well but there wasn't much opposition — course was totally suited for him and…well, as my wife noted, he's looking really beefy still. Also Visma Leased whatever stopped sharing is pre-race weight and other stats. I'm hoping he brings this newly minted winning to the Vuelta and we have a cracker of a race!
