My Personal list, my opinion, please judge fairly.
I'm counting the overall effect on the match, effect on winning a particular Trophy, spectacularity, physical restrictions/difficulties, Ball IQ … i.e.: leadership, physicality, mentality and athleticism.
MY* Top 5 are:
1. Zidane vs Leverkusen (2002 UCL Final) — ridiculous technique, weaker foot, first-time volley, insane difficulty and pressure. Plus it directly helped win the UCL.
2. Gareth Bale vs Liverpool (2018 UCL Final).. probably the most near perfect overhead kick I have ever seen in a big game.
3. Roberto Carlos Banana vs France in 97: 35m+ FK shot@ 138kmph, 37m out of goal, swinging 6m in ONE SECOND catching a Prime Buffon giving up. He controlled Gravity and wind that day😂😂
4.Ankara Messi 2007. 19yro, 170cm tall, 69kg, carried 60m, dribbled 5 Defence and 1 GK, Finished with a weak foot tap in after beating the GK on his turf. Match Importance is keeping it from no 1. By pure akill and Football IQ. Messi is Messi.
5.Pavard vs Arg (2018 WC); An outrageous FIRST-TIME, volley from outside the box, struck perfectly into the corner. I'd place no. 1 if it weren't for the amount of luck involved. Pavard made me aay Trivela instead of my idol Roberto Carlito 's (and his predecessors) banana Kick.
*Honourable mention of the hardest working athlete in the world… 1.Overhead Kick by CR7 against Juve, 2018 ♥️♥️⚽💥💥💥 2.Actual Champions, the super Headdser at 3m is World record for a dozen years (Sweet, haland might break it and considering his humility, he'd apologise the next day)
