I saw a small crack on my discwheel. I know that disc wheel have some sort of solid foam inside them instead of being empty like the other types of carbon wheels, would this make them safe to ride regarding the crack?

Fuck no!
On a full carbon disc with foam or honeycomb construction inside, the outer skin is still structural. There are disc wheels with carbon fairings like my HED Vanquish Disc, but yours is clearly not that type.
