No that’s just your rim connection point your rim however is looking very worn from that photo may be time for a replacement.

It is not a crack, it is a seam. It is normal unless there is a visible space between the sides.

The ‘crack’ has been there since the wheel was made. Safe to ignore.

Many wheel rims are actually like this. When the spokes are fitted and adjusted properly to build the wheel, they completely closed this gap.

That’s where they weld the rim together after bending the extruded bar. It’s less notable on some rims where it feels like they milled more metal out so there’s less of a seam visible. By that point, the wheelsets also cost like half a Brompton.
